2. Services
We provide automotive repair and maintenance services including, but not limited to, oil changes, brake service, air conditioning repair, state inspections, diagnostics, and general mechanical repair. 3. Appointments, Quotes, and Service Authorization
Appointments and Walk-Ins. We accept both scheduled appointments and walk-in customers. Appointment times are estimates, and actual service times may vary depending on the complexity of the repair and shop workload.
Quotes and Estimates. Any quote or estimate provided by phone, text message, email, or in person is based on the information you provide about your vehicle and the work requested. Final pricing may differ once we inspect the vehicle and identify all required parts and labor. We will communicate any material changes before performing additional work.
Authorization to Perform Work. By leaving your vehicle with us or approving a quote, you authorize Space City Auto Repair to perform the agreed-upon services. You are responsible for ensuring all authorizations are accurate and complete.
Payment. Payment is due upon completion of service unless other arrangements have been agreed to in writing. We accept common forms of payment as disclosed at the shop.
4. Warranty and Disclaimers
Repair warranties, if offered, are provided and disclosed at the time of service. Except as expressly stated in a written warranty, all services are provided "as is" and without any express or implied warranties, including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Space City Auto Repair is not responsible for any pre-existing conditions, damage, or issues with your vehicle not caused by our services.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Space City Auto Repair LLC and its owners, employees, contractors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our services, our website, or our communications, including any SMS messages.
Our total liability for any claim arising out of or related to our services shall not exceed the amount you paid to Space City Auto Repair for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
